Deborah Sivcoski	I have been ordering from this company for the last 3 years and have never had a problem. Now Alert Pay does not work. I think it sucks the U.S. telling us what we can and cannot purchase and smoke and its just not fair. Hope Obama is out soon and things go back to the way it was. Mike Woydziak	once they get paid my problem has been customs in new york. once I ordered 4 cartons and took 6 weeks to clear customs. now I order 7 and seems to get through faster. anywhere from immediately to 1 week.

Mark Rust	Over the last 2 to 3 years I've been ordering from James. During that time I estimate about 10 orders with 7 going through without issue. 1 of the 3 orders sent back was sent back to me promptly for a small fee. The 2nd of the 3 sent back was a nightmare. It was sent back twice and in the end, I only got 2/3 of the order. I am now awaiting re-shipment of the 3rd order sent back. I paid the re-shipping fee 4 days ago and have yet to hear from James. Paul from AZ. I tried making my own cloves and can't get them close to the Djarum menthol blacks i like.

Michael Clayton	been trying to pay through alertpay but it is saying that info@clovecigarettesstore.com does not accept mastercard payments. and on the site it says you accept mastercard?

Rebecca Mundt	Here's the postal track on the returned order - I wonder if it really was returned or if it was processed, I cannot tell by the tracking since it went to the sort facility - but I'm guessing it was returned. Tris NJ	Everyone: I've ordered three times from here. Every time I have received it without fail. Between 9-18 days. Mine come through ISC NY. However, I've only ordered 1 carton. This is my fourth order and it is two cartons. I can absolutely guarantee that if you're buying 4+ they will likely think it is not for personal consumption and is why it is being held or returned. James can not control how customs handle shipments. He has always done very well with communicating with me. You are all taking a risk with purchasing over seas and if you can't afford to "lose" the money - I highly suggest you consider it before hand. Using Alert Pay is a lot like PayPal. You link your bank account or credit card. An instant transfer does have a fee. It took 4-5 days for the money to upload into my account, but after I sent it to here they received it the next day. For those of you wanting to Avoid WU or MG fees. Thank you James. I can't wait to receive my tracking number this time!

Paul AZ	First off, James is great! I think it's very unfortunate that the US has arbitrarily banned clove cigarettes. My cigarettes always tend to come in through San Francisco, and they have become MUCH harder to get through. I am on my third attempt to get my last order, and I am hoping something works in my favor. This is not a reflection on James - he does what he can. Anyone tried to make their own clove cigarettes?

Angela Olson	This company is totally legit! I've ordered several times and I still get nervous about the W.U. but they always communicate quickly and ship quickly! There really is no substitute for my old favorite, Djarum Specials, but I do like the Gudang Garam Signature Lights! Its funny how they banned flavored tobacco in the US supposedly because it appeals to children...I don't know many kids who could afford cloves when they were legal. But menthol is another story...still available and most often the first cigarette smoked by kids. But then again the president smokes menthol. RJ Reynolds was behind the bill by the way, This store is great!

Lucas Nealan	My order has been in customs since 2/28/11, it's now 3/28/11. Seems from other posts here that customs is Dre king down.

Robert Ingram	Last time I tracked an order it was in customs for a little bit but this time USPS is not even showing it anywhere and it left the country on Feb 25th. It should not take this long. I have placed several orders and never had it delayed this much. Maybe pirates took them.

Glendon Good	I have been ordering Djarum here for over a year. And with great success. Unfortunately, since january 2011 customs in San Francisco has sometimes been holding them and then returning the package to James. If I pay a customs fee of about 40% of the order amount, (i don't think clovecig store gets any of this money) James will resend the order. Then it hits US customs again and 65% chance it gets through. I order 6 cartons at a time, does anyone have reason to think different package sizes get through better than others? Bradley Thomas	well my order been in custom for 20 days now still says its inbound into customs. wonder if im going to receive my order. almost 2 yrs of ordering. has anyone received any orders in feb. 2011 yet.im out and just want my smokes.ughhhh i been ordering 7 cartons to get the free shipping.dont know what to do try a new order or wait this order out.

Trista USA	Once again James hasn't failed me. It took a little longer to get to customs but it finally arrived. I used AlertPay and it took 7 days to upload the funds and another 1 or 2 to process it to CloveCigarettesStore but that's understandable since it is a FREE service. I'll probably go with Western Union or MoneyGram next time though! Anyway, my cloves arrived in Customs today! Should be in my hands if not tomorrow, then on Monday or Tuesday. (:

Marcie Edenburn	Well, it appears that my package containing 4 cartons of Djarum Supers sat in US Customs for 10 days and then last night was shipped from San Francisco back to Indonesia!! I am incredibly disappointed and enraged! I cannot believe that I, an adult US citizen, am not allowed to purchase clove cigarettes! I don't even know why this Pact Act was passed. Who is benefiting from this law? US Tobacco companies? Minors? Has anyone else had this happen to them? I have emailed James and am awaiting his response, which I will post for all to see. Marcie Edenburn	I love this company! I have been ordering from this website for well over a year now and have never had it take more than 3 days to clear customs in San Francisco. I always order 4 cartons at a time. This last order arrived at Customs on Feb 12th and is still sitting there. I am wondering if they will ever be cleared for delivery. What is the longest anyone has had to wait for US Customs to clear their package? Anyone not receive them ever? Marcie Portland, OR
