This would be my second time ordering but as of now, I have only received one shipment. It appears that customs in NY are smoking up on my Blacks!!
Will see, someone said it took 6 weeks to clear, I have been sitting in customs for 3 weeks......

I initially ordered back in October, 2009 and was in customs for 6 weeks. I received them in 7th week. Second order placed December 27, 2009. Received order today, January 8, 2010. Much quicker this time! I am very pleased that I found this company. |

Received my order..w00t! The only negative comment I have is out of 20 packs 4 packs showed up crushed due to the way things are packaged. Not really a big issue as they still smoke alright just a clove cig all squishy is hard to smoke while driving...hehe Overall very pleased! |

I got a follow up letter in the mail from U.S. customs. It says, "United States code, section 1595a and 1681a and title 15 sections 1331 and 1333, in that the foreign-made cigarettes lacked the proper Surgeon General's warning label on the packaging." I called customs and they told me I could either arrange to have the item shipped back or they will destroy them. No way I can get them released. Oh well, no big deal. I surf Bali every summer. I guess I'll just have to wait another 5 months and bring em back myself. Cant stop wont stop!! Buk buk BBBBBukLao! |

About being seized. I don't understand considering the law still hasn't passed making them illegal to ship. It's just illegal to sell. So why do you think this happened? Furthermore if you are over 18 you are not committing any crime. |

My order got seized by U.S. customs. I ordered on 11/20, tracking showed that it arrived in honolulu on 11/23, then it finally got released from customs yesterday and to my house today. What do I get? An empty box with green U.S. customs tape around it and a letter from U.S. customs inside saying that an illegal item has been forfeited and seized by U.S. customs. And that I will get an official letter later in the mail. Its not clovecigstores fault because the box was marked as gift and the invoice was filled out, but just warning you guys in the U.S. that these don't always get through. |

I am going nuts not being able to get my Djarum Specials. I hate the new US approved cigar version but I don't see specials anywhere. Is anyone familiar with them? I really prefer them over blacks. Whats the deal with the Brown? I don't know what to order. It is easier for me to get an 8 ball of cocaine than a damn cigarette!!! What is the country coming to???? |

A note to those looking for the American 20 pack size cigarette. The slimz are noticeably thinner than what could be typically purchased in the US before the ban - but about the same length. The regular 16ct. packs are thicker, but shorter. |

I totally agree with you! Our government is slowly chipping away at our Constitutional rights......they don't care about it! Its what this country is founded on. Pretty much this administrations thought of mind is: The constitution tell us what we can't do to you, but AHHH it doesn't tell you what I can do to you.....so here it comes, bend over! We need to make a change in the 2010 elections! Get the house and senate back! |

Excellent! Love the tracking info. Ordered on 11/12, the package just cleared San Fran customs- will likely be in AZ on the 25th. I am sure PACT will eventually pass, after the health care debacle is de-debaclized. In the mean time, get your cloves at about half off US prices! |

I am so happy to have received my order of blacks. damn i love these cigarettes. i ordered mine on 11-6-09 and got them on 11-20-09. i still cant believe they got here so fast. had some trouble with alert pay but ended up using bali payment and had no problems. great customer service. i will for sure be ordering more from this website as long as my controlling government lets me. |

I just received my first shipment from the CloveCigarettesStore.com I was very skeptical at first, but am VERY happy all around with my order. Although my package appeared damaged in shipment, it was only dented in an empty area of the package and none of the cigarettes were damaged. The package had also been opened and resealed by U.S. customs, but that's to be expected. It only took 11 days for shipping and the cigarettes to Illinois. They are SO much fresher and tastier than their U.S. versions (when they were sold here)! I will be placing another order very soon. And anyone reading this please contact your Senators now and oppose the PACT Act of 2009, S-1147. They're at it again - Google S.1147 the "PACT Act". Phillip Morris REALLY wants their illegal government-sanctioned monopoly enforced! It's already passed in the House and goes before the Senate on Nov. 19th. If passed, it will make all cigarettes and smokeless tobacco products illegal to mail. Contact your Senator and tell them to vote "no" on S 1147, while we still have some rights left.

i ordered my cloves on the 31rst of Oct and it is now the 14th of Nov. They arrived at customs in NY on 11-07 and are still there. I have requested info why from NY USPS, however, all they said was I was going to get a detention letter. WTF and there will be no refund if customs keeps it............. |

I received a shipment quickly but was disappointed to receive the wrong item - I ordered Djarum Black but received "L.A. Lights" whatever they are. If I have to ship these back and wait for another shipment to me, this will take a while - and I was *counting* on these arriving because I knew when they cleared customs! I hope this is resolved easily because if it is I will continue to order here. |

I am very scared because mine say held at customs and today the news came out that all these websites are being targeted by the United States Govt! any advice from anyone that ordered after oct 31st? I think its ridiculous that a 33 year old cant smoke what she wants! what kind of country is this? we need to start a petition and protest! |

Got my carton in today, EXTREMELY happy with them, even after the long shipping they are very fresh.
