Just received my order. Ordered on Jan 14th. Did not arrive in USA until Jan 29th. Just got delivered on Feb. 2nd. Half of the order is the wrong type. Hopefully they will reimburse or correct the error.

so I've never ordered off of this site before and I'm trying to order these for my boyfriend, what is the best and quickest way to pay. and also do u order and then pay because its asking for submission before payment?

My cloves have been "inbound into customs" since November. It's nearly February now. No other info available. Dunno what's up.

Never had issues before. Always order 2 cartons. Now order stuck in NY customs for a month with my second order stuck for a week. New issues beginning Jan 1st??? Anyone else?Shocked

Yet another great experience!

Placed my order January 5.
They shipped it January 9.
It was in customs for 3 hours.
Arrived January 13.
Total wait time: 8 days.

This msg is directed towards Cathy and Ryan. I would like to ask Ryan if he ever received a refund from Bali. and Cathy I would like to know if she lives in the states as she said she contacted her bank and Bali deposited her money into her account the next day, Bali took 208 from my acct Oct 8th and never submitted a payment to Clove Cig Store,when I talked about the situation with my bank they said that I should contact Clove Cig Store that they should deal with Bali. I of course have contacted James who has been very helpful but he can only do so much. I am just wondering if there is anything else I can do or if anyone has any input or suggestions I would appreciate it very much.
Does the new system work so that CLove Cig Store takes it out of our checking account and then it is paid right away with no middle "man" involved?
I haven't had a clove since October not too mention the financial hared ship this has caused.

As always, amazing FAST service. I've ordered many times and it's always been wonderful.

This last time I had a shipment that was unable to be delivered (my local post office messed up somehow) and it was returned back to Indonesia. James QUICKLY located my order and claimed it from customs immediately. The company covered the customs fee and I just paid shipping back - and in just six (6) days my order arrived.

Yes, sometimes it takes a few days for payment to clear from Alert Pay but after that it's quick!

My order went to shipped status Nov 19th and there it sits. No change on USPS or pos Indonesia. Still at JAKARTA SOEKARNOHATTA AIRMAIL EO, INDONESIA.

I've ordered numerous times and it has never sat this long. Hopefully it's just the holiday, but I need my cloves now!

Anyone else's order being held up?

just received shipping confirmation for yet another order of djarums. due to technical difficulties with bali --to say the least, it seems-- i emailed and followed james' instructions for alternate payment. chose western union which cost up the anus, but i want them cloves! i too wish for the paypal hookup for clovecigarettesstore... but after surfing the other sites literally all night, i am sure this site is the best! peace (an interesting concept)

I've placed four orders and counting with this website for my cloves. I always order seven cartons, which just places me above the price needed for free shipping.

MoneyGram, although considered a pain by some, is actually much more reliable than Bali. Bali would always hold my payment anywhere between a few days to an entire week. Not the case with MG.

Package always arrives within 3-5 days to US after shipping notification. It always goes through San Francisco customs and is in and out in less than 24 hours. I've yet to have any issues.

Highly recommended.

Bali took money out of my acct on Oct 8th I have received nothing so what do I need to do contact my bank? VERY FRUSTRATING i hope that money isn't gone for good or I will not be smoking a clove for a long time!

I've ordered from here twice before and no problems with bali payment.i ordered 9/29 and have been waiting since. They said that my money was still under review with bali because of a higher chargeback or something. I'm e-mailing here one more time then canceling the order if there is still nothing from bali. i wish there was an easier way to order from here.

I too ordered in October. What I did is, Cancel the order but the Australian Bank did not refund so I called my Bank. The money was put back into my account that day.I then reordered using Money Gram (pain in the a**) but my cigarettes arrived within FIVE Days. It`s time to order again and I am keeping my fingers crossed.

I am a long time customer and have always had great service! Received my order within a week or so. I am not sure what is going on with the Bali pay either. I ordered on 9/30 and still nothing. I have ordered off of here multiple times and never had any trouble until the beginning of this month. I also ordered around the 6th of October and was told the same thing. The Australian bank took my money but never gave it to the site. I even emailed the Australian bank to try and see what was going on but they never answered me. I am thinking my money is gone for good. This site switched to a new payment way that I am going to try and hoping it works.

i have ordered here b4 and everything went great! loved it so i ordered again on Oct 5th but my payment is still pending ...paid the same day i ordered and still nothing anyone else have this problem?if so how long does it take for the money to get through to them? my credit card has been charged and everything and they just say that they r waiting for the Australian bank to release it..any incite would b nice

I love this site, I have ordered from them several times and never had an issue. My cigarettes shipped within 1 weeks time to the U.S. Although I do have to tend to agree I also miss the Bali pay, it was much easier then Alert pay. I hope they will work things out and either have the option to pay direct or go back to Bali pay.

This site is THE place to get your cloves. Been ordering from these guys for over a year and they are always right on. James and Fian both have responded to emails, very personal feel to the whole process. If you are doubtful at all, forget about it, I will use this store for as long as they are around. Keep up the good work guys! Glad I can still enjoy cloves even after the silly ban in the U.S.

Great site to order from. I miss bali payment though because it was easier to pay with my card than through a bank account. I have always had trouble with alert pay and sending money orders is expensive. I guess I'll have to work out a different payment method. I've ordered from them multiple times though and they have always shipped on time. Great site. Hope the payment system gets worked out.

I wanted to update and I should have earlier. I received my order in 9 days (that includes the weekend since I technically placed the order on a Sunday). 9 day from date of placement and having them in hand! Absolutely wonderful, it's good to have my Djarums again. <3

Love this site and the very reasonable shipping costs. I do not like Bali Pay though. I have used AlertPay many times and will have to set up a bank acct with them since they no longer take Debit Card payments. Bali Pay is hard to use and hard to read in English, I haven't used them yet but as far as the site goes it is great, I will order from CloveCigarettesStore.com as long as they're around! Fast shipping for as far away as they are from me too!

Well,well - it works! The payment process is a bit unnerving due to the lack of information on it via search engine, but everything went through smoothly. Quick shipping - payment went through on the 11th, arrived stateside on the 16th and a clove in hand on the 17th! The corner packs were a bit bruised on the bottoms, but the cigarettes weren't damaged. A job well done.

I, like most, was a little skeptical about the order process and payment. Nothing to be concerned about! Received my first carton today (5 days after placing my order. wow!)
