Brenda Hewitt	for those who are feeling squirley about your orders and confirmations and the like, have no fear and be patient. this is my 3rd order of djarums. the order process is a bit sketchy at 1st, but trust me, it will go well. no fear about customs when you order 4 cartons or less. once your 1st order arrives, it will be well worth it. the smokes are delightfully fresh! i am convinced that all the years i bought djarums in the usa, they were stale and stored behind the counter or in a closet. i keep them in the freezer and my, oh my... just absolutely amazing.

Alan Parson	I've placed 3 orders so far, waiting on the 3rd order. The first one was last December, on the 2nd, and they didn't arrive until the 23rd. Second order was in April, on the 9th, and arrived exactly one week to the day I had ordered them. This order was placed the 2nd, and today's the 12th. They were shipped out August 7th, and arrived as shown below: - Inbound Into Customs - Inbound International Arrival, August 09, 2010, 7:48 pm, ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS). Great quality, unless ordering around the holidays, it takes about a week, up to 2 for the order to arrive. I love these things, and to date, have not had a single shipment confiscated by US Customs yet. knock on wood

Artist NJ, USA	I'm amazed at how fast it got to the states! I can not wait. Understanding that US Customs likely does not have weekend hours, does anyone have any GOOD experience with New York ISC? Lisa Tannehill Northern Ca.	As always I get my clove cigs within 7 days and they are always fresh and I have never had any ruined. The shipment I ordered the beginning of July arrived in 3 days I was shocked usually it takes 7 business days at most. I ordered my sister hers too she smokes Marlboro menthol and she was happy with her order too. I highly recommend this site for anyone who is missing having their clove smokes but remember it is cheaper to have 2 or more cartons shipped at a time that is 10.00 express shipping but if I order 1 carton it cost me 18.00 and of course Bali charges 6.00 to use your ATM/ visa MasterCard but still that is saving 80.00 from what I would of paid here in the states ( if we could still get them that is ) and there is only 16 to a pack for ours don't know why when the reg ones come in 20 but who cares as long as I can get them still and don't have to go with the nasty cigars that they are now sold as e** Well hope you are as happy as I have been and I have been ordering them since Dec of 09 and every month they come without a problem...Enjoy and spread the word

At first i wasn't sure about the payment method but it's secure and my product was delivered. you will have to be home to sign for it. The package was descret and had happy anniversary on it. I placed my order at the last minute (evening of 23 June 2010), thinking that the PACT Act was about to go into effect. It shipped on 27 June 2010 and everything arrived (in perfect condition) on 30 June 2010. I cannot recommend this website highly enough; there is nowhere else I would go to purchase my beloved kreteks. I'll be back soon to re-order!

Randy West Coast (Oregon Coast)	OK, so since the ban on Cloves in the US. Ive been ordering from this site. I don't know about any of you, I tried the "new:" Clove Cigars. What GARBAGE! Effin disgusting! If i wanted to smoke a cigar, i would go out and by a big stogy! Anyway, the customer service here is great, and I trust only one site to order my cloves online, and its this one! If you have any reservations, feel free to look at all of the people here praising this site. Nuff said!

Kerig Pope	My last order was made with plenty of time in order to have it shipped before the dreaded July 1st deadline of the PACT law. But when I noticed that a week had passed without a shipment notice I contacted James and he told me there was a delay in Bali payment. So he fixed that problem, all the while keeping me informed each day, and shipped my order on June 14th. I received my order today, June 18th and it was sent Express Mail! Wow, that's what I call GREAT customer service! Thanks James!!!

Clove	Hi, I wondered if anyone could recommend a substitution for the Djarum Specials I used to be able to buy in the US. I purchased the Specials from e-tobaccos but they aren't the same. They are smaller and not quite as strong. They dont have the crackle and long-smoking experience of the old ones I bought in the US before the ban. The flavor is good but they're just missing something. Thanks!

Elizabeth Hansen	I ordered three cartons of cloves, and they shipped on 24 May 2010, and arrived at my door today (28 May 2010) at 9:00 am! Bali Payment held my payment for 5+ days after my bank released funds, but once that was cleared these shipped and arrived FAST! The quality is excellent, and I will definitely do business here again. I was a bit wary of Bali Payment, but James was extremely helpful and explained what was going on. In the end everything was perfect. One last thing. I have smoked kreteks for 13+ years (Sampoerna X-tras, then Zanzibar, then settled for Djarum Blacks) and I HIGHLY recommend Gudang Garam Internationals. There is a reason these are #1! Lyle Wisconsin, USA	Received my carton of Djarum Supers yesterday. I'm pretty the babble about Blacks is just a fad as the Supers are far superior it taste. Shipping only took 5 days (after receiving the "shipped" email). I couldn't believe they arrived so quickly. Some of the packs were bumped up and so a few cigs were bent up, but overall I am very pleased. Very fast shipping and they made it through US customs with no issues. Now that I received my order, I have faith that this shop is reliable for all my future purposes. Courtney Chittock	This site is awesome! Just got my first shipment, which took only a week to the West Coast of the U.S. (only a day in customs. James was very polite and quick to respond to any questions I had about my order. I used to smoke Blacks but got Gudang Garam Internationals based on recommendations on this site, and I must say they are delicious! Smooth, clovey, long-lasting, and cool packaging. I'm so happy with my order!

Molly Crouse	Fantastic turn around time!!!!! My order was shipped on May 1st to Ohio and received on May 5th!!! The cigarettes are smaller, but better flavor and very smooth. Actually they are not as strong as the ones that you used to be able to get in the US, which I like because I only used to smoke Djarum Lights, so if you are wanting them stronger you might want to consult with someone on this sight for which ones are a little stronger than the Black's. Again very impressed with the shipping time and had no problem with the Bali payment even though I was a little skeptical about it. I will definitely order again very soon, and I love the small packaging that they come in.

Stephen McGuire	I am extremely pleased with the level of service I received from this site I was highly skeptical at first with the Bali Payment system, but I came to realize not every country has the same set up as the US so I just took a risk and it payed off. My Cloves left Jakarta on the 19th and arrived here in the states the 22nd. They cleared customs the 23rd and arrived this morning the 24th in good ol Shreveport LA. They were packaged extremely well, and they are fresh A bit slimmer than the ones I was used to buying but I cant complain, for at least I can get them still. If your apprehensive about the site, don't be. Its completely legit and I will be placing another order soon!
